Wasp Nest Removal Hale

Hale sits at the heart of our patch, so if you spot wasps streaming in and out of your eaves we can usually be with you the same day. The fee is £60 fixed for the whole of WA15 — no call-out charge, no weekend uplift, and a free return visit in the rare case the first treatment doesn’t finish the colony.

Where wasps nest in Hale properties

The housing around Hale village is dominated by substantial Edwardian and Victorian homes — steep slate roofs, deep eaves, timber bargeboards and generous lofts. Those features are exactly what a queen wasp looks for in May. The jobs we attend most often in WA15 are:

• Loft voids in period houses — a slipped slate or a gap at the ridge gives wasps a sheltered, undisturbed roof space, and by August the nest can be substantial.
• Soffits and bargeboards — the timber detailing on Hale’s older homes weathers and opens up small entry gaps, and a steady flight line to one corner of the roof is the classic giveaway.
• Garden offices, studios and summer houses — Hale gardens are large and well-stocked with outbuildings. Warm, dry and quiet for most of the week: perfect nesting conditions.
• Mature hedges and trees — established gardens around Ashley Heath and Planetree Road carry aerial nests in beech and yew hedging, often only discovered during trimming.

You don’t need to pinpoint the nest before calling. If you can show us where the wasps are concentrating, we track the flight path and locate the entry point ourselves.
